Dr Ghassan El Sayed
Dr Ghassan Elsayed qualified from Jessenious Faculty of Medicine in Martin, Comenius University in Bratislava in 2003. He trained in general internal medicine in the UK before joining the gastroenterology programme at North East Thames Deanery in London. In 2014 he was appointed as an ERCP (endoscopy of the bile duct) fellow at Royal Bournemouth Hospital. He subsequently under took a further training in ERCP and EUS (endoscopic ultrasound) in the same hospital.
Since 2016 he has worked as a consultant gastroenterologist and general physician at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
He is currently the lead of endoscopy training at Royal Bournemouth Christchurch Hospital NHS trust.
